A Day in the life: Chefs at H Hotel

I have been hankering to do photo projects on people with 'A day in the life' theme.  Where I can be allowed to observe for just a day anyone from any profession to the see the fun, difficulties and work ethic each job entails.

For the first Project, Photoyourworld entered realm of a banquet kitchen at H Hotel in Midland.  Hot, cramped, greasy and busy; are just how one can feel in this environment.  But what really matters is what goes on in one man's mind and palate.

8 hours in the kitchen preparing delicious food for 200 people.  Here are the images:
